The PENN Tidal Tele Surf is a telescopic surf rod for saltwater shore fishing. Its slim, strong 30T Carbon blank combines low weight and responsiveness with a design focused on long casts. Developed by surfcasting specialists across Europe, the range pairs this blank with a Sensitip to show even subtle bites.
Saltwater-resistant stainless steel K-Type guides support smooth line travel. Each rod has four guides including the tip, a DPS Type reel seat and a Japanese X-Shrink Casting Grip with Shrink Wrap handle material. All versions have Fast action. The 120 g, 140 g and 160 g versions have Light power and a Full Grip handle, while the 200 g version has Medium power.
The 4 m, 120 g model is the lightest at 430 g and suits mobile surf fishing with medium casting weights.
