Yes. The series is designed for seabass lure fishing with saltwater-resistant components and guides. Its powerful butt helps steer fish away from structure, while the Extra Fast action supports lure control.
All three rods split into two sections and come in a cloth bag. Allow 110 cm for the 212, 125 cm for the 242 or 140 cm for the 272 when checking your storage space.

The Squadron III Labrax sea fishing rods are built for saltwater lure fishing. Their slim high-modulus 24T carbon blanks combine an Extra Fast action for lure control with a powerful butt section to help keep fish away from underwater structure.
The 212 is 2.1 m long, rated for 10–30 g and has Medium power. It suits small to medium lures and offers direct feedback through its sensitive tip. Its stated weight is 176 g.
The 242 combines 2.4 m length, 14–42 g casting weight and Medium Heavy power. It balances casting distance and lure control for fishing from shore or boat. Its stated net weight is 1216 g, making it heavier to hold than the 176 g 212 and 315 g 272. Consider this weight difference when choosing a rod for repeated casting.
The 272 pairs 2.7 m length with a 20–50 g rating and Medium Heavy power for medium to heavy lures. Its reach suits open beaches and piers where longer casts matter, including windy conditions. Its stated weight is 315 g. Compared with the shorter versions, it needs more transport space and a higher minimum lure weight.
All versions have saltwater-resistant LTS guides and a DPS Type reel seat. The 212 has eight guides including the tip, while the 242 and 272 have nine. Ergonomic high-density EVA handles provide grip and are easy to clean. The rods have a Red/Black finish.
Each rod has two sections and comes in a cloth bag. Transport lengths are 110 cm for the 212, 125 cm for the 242 and 140 cm for the 272, so check your available storage space before choosing.
