The Squadron III Boat Sensitip is a saltwater boat rod for bait fishing for flatfish, cod, pollock and haddock. Its fast, heavy 24T carbon blank combines power with three tips in different weight classes for changing conditions.
The rod comes with two extra tips, giving three tip options in different weight classes. This lets you adapt the indication and setup to current and bait weight while retaining the same powerful blank.
Saltwater-resistant stainless-steel guides suit regular use at sea. The high-density EVA handle is ergonomically shaped and easy to clean after a session.
Both versions use a slim 24T carbon blank with fast action and heavy power. The maximum casting weight is 300 g, giving both rods the same stated upper limit for bait and tackle.
Choose the 2.40 m model for less length and a shorter 124 cm transport length where space aboard is limited. The 2.70 m version provides more reach from the boat, with a 139 cm transport length. The shorter rod weighs 345 g, while the longer rod weighs 378 g.
