The second-generation Okuma 8K Feeder range combines thin, high-module carbon blanks with three detachable Sniper tips. The different lengths and casting weights cover light stillwater work through to demanding river feeder fishing.
Each rod comes with three detachable Sniper tips. Changing the tip lets you adapt bite indication to the conditions while the fast-reacting blank passes subtle movement clearly to the angler.
High-module carbon gives the range a slim blank with strength and durability. The responsive construction supports accurate bite detection, and high-quality Seaguide components complete the rod build.
The 3.05 m rod rated below 30 g is the lightest and shortest option. The 3.35 m model rated below 45 g adds reach, while the 3.66 m rods cover 20-60 g, 40-80 g or 60-120 g. The 3.96 m options offer 40-80 g or 60-120 g. For stronger river flow and the heaviest feeders in the range, choose the 4.27 m 8K River Feeder rated below 150 g.
The range is intended for feeder fishing in rivers and stillwaters. Supplier evidence names bream, roach, tench, carp and barbel as typical targets, with the higher casting-weight models suited to heavier feeder setups and stronger flow.
