The Matrix Therma-Foil Winter Suit is a two-piece thermal fishing suit with a jacket and salopettes for cold, wet days by the water. Thick thermal filling and the heat-reflective Therma-Foil lining help retain warmth, while the waterproof main fabric and fully taped seams provide weather protection.
The main fabric is rated 5K waterproof and 3K breathable, combining rain protection with moisture transfer. All seams are fully taped to protect against water entering through the stitching. The two-way main zip has a storm baffle that covers the closure. These features are supplied for both the jacket and salopettes.
The outer fabric is 100% Nylon, with a 100% Polyester lining and 100% Polyester filling. The thick filling provides insulation, and the Therma-Foil lining reflects heat back towards the wearer. Sherpa-lined zipped hand pockets offer warmth for the hands and closed storage for small items.
Bungee adjusters let you tighten the peaked hood around your head, while its peak helps shield the face from rain. The elasticated, adjustable hem and cuffs with Velcro fasteners let you adjust the jacket openings to limit cold draughts. An internal storage pocket keeps small items inside the jacket.
The salopettes have a partly elasticated waist for flexibility around the midsection. Boot-access zips with Velcro fasteners open the lower legs to make dressing around boots easier. The jacket and salopettes form a matching outfit rather than a single one-piece garment.
