They are designed for method or pellet feeders with boilies or dumbells. The durable boilie pin holds the bait on the hair, so choose this version when you want a pin attachment for those baits.
Size 16 uses 0.165mm line rated at 2.4 kg, size 14 uses 0.18mm line rated at 2.9 kg, and size 12 uses 0.20mm line rated at 3.6 kg. Moving towards size 12 means a larger hook, thicker line and a higher strength rating. Choose the combined hook and line specification, as every version is 10 cm long.
Yes, all three versions use barbless, PTFE-coated MXC-3 hooks. Their out-turned eyes improve hair-rig presentation, so you can change hook size without changing this presentation feature or the barbless design.
Each pack contains eight pre-tied hooklengths in the selected size. Their consistent 10 cm length allows secure storage in Matrix hooklength cases, keeping matching replacements together.

These 10 cm hooklengths are designed for method or pellet feeders with boilies or dumbells. Each combines a barbless MXC-3 hook, Power Micron monofilament and a durable Matrix boilie pin, giving you a pre-tied bait presentation for bream and other coarse fish.
The boilie pin holds the bait on the hair rather than directly on the hook. The PTFE-coated MXC-3 hook has an out-turned eye to improve hair-rig presentation. All three versions are barbless, so the hook design stays consistent when you change size.
Each hook size comes with a specific line diameter and strength rating:
Hook size | Line diameter | Line strength |
|---|---|---|
16 | 0.165mm | 2.4 kg |
14 | 0.18mm | 2.9 kg |
12 | 0.20mm | 3.6 kg |
Size 16 gives you the smallest hook and thinnest line in the range, with the lowest strength rating. Size 14 is the intermediate combination. Size 12 pairs the largest hook with the thickest line and highest strength rating. Choose the hook size and line strength together, as they are supplied as fixed combinations. All versions suit the same stated feeder and bait types.
The rigs are accurately tied to 10 cm, described by the supplier as 4 inches, and can be stored securely in Matrix hooklength cases. Each pack contains eight hooklengths in the selected size, so replacements have the same length and specifications.
