Choose 9ft (2.7 m, 40g) or 10ft (3 m, 50g) for both bomb and feeder fishing. The 9ft is lighter and shorter to transport. Choose 11ft (3.3 m, 60g) for its more powerful blank designed for longer-distance feeder fishing, accepting greater weight and transport length.
Each rod comes with two carbon tips of 2.4 mm diameter. The 9ft and 10ft include 1.0 and 1.5oz tips, the 11ft includes 1.5 and 2.0oz tips. You have two ratings to choose from, and replacement tips must match the diameter.
All three rods divide into two equal sections. Transport lengths are 138 cm for 9ft, 153 cm for 10ft and 169 cm for 11ft. Check these lengths against your rod bag and available storage space.

The Matrix Horizon X Ultra Pro Commercial Feeder Rod range pairs ultra-high modulus Japanese carbon blanks with a fish-playing action. The 9ft and 10ft versions are designed for both bomb fishing with a plain lead and feeder fishing. The more powerful 11ft blank is designed for feeder fishing at longer distances.
The 9ft version measures 2.7 m, casts 40g and weighs 152 g. It has 13 guides and a transport length of 138 cm, making it the shortest and lightest option in the range.
The 10ft version measures 3 m, casts 50g and weighs 168 g. It retains the same bomb and feeder applications with a higher casting weight. It has 13 guides and packs down to 153 cm.
The 11ft version measures 3.3 m, casts 60g and weighs 189 g. Its stepped-up blank provides more power for longer-distance feeder fishing, at the cost of greater weight and a longer 169 cm transport length. It has 14 guides.
Each rod includes two carbon feeder tips with a 2.4 mm diameter. The 9ft and 10ft models include 1.0 and 1.5oz tips, while the 11ft includes 1.5 and 2.0oz tips, giving you two tip ratings for each rod. Check the 2.4 mm diameter when choosing replacement tips.
Sea Guide XQG RS Silicon Nitride guides carry the line throughout the rod. An ultra-lightweight carbon reel seat holds the reel, while the slim, minimal black EVA handle keeps the grip compact. All models are black and divide into two equal sections for transport.
