Every WHITE SPIN version is rated for 50–175 g and is intended for freshwater catfish spinning. Choose your lure within this range, then compare length and rod weight rather than expecting a higher lure rating from the longer models.
The 2.70 m rod packs to 138 cm, compared with 154 cm for the 2.10 m and 182 cm for the 2.40 m. It is the most compact when dismantled but weighs 349 g, versus 245 g and 270 g for the shorter rods.
The 2.10 m and 2.40 m versions use a 1+1 joint directly above the fighter grip to preserve main-blank strength. They therefore retain long sections when dismantled, so check their 154 cm and 182 cm transport lengths against your available space.
X-wrap anti-slip shrink tube covers the hard EVA fighter grip for improved purchase and easier cleaning. The SeaGuide reel seat uses dual locking nuts to secure the reel, supporting firm handling while playing fish.

The MADCAT WHITE SPIN rods are built for freshwater catfish lure fishing with a 50–175 g casting range. Their fast-action 30TC Nano Carbon blanks combine sensitivity with the strength needed for this fishing. All three white rods have Medium Heavy power.
The full EVA grip has a hard EVA fighter grip covered with X-wrap anti-slip shrink tube. This improves purchase when playing fish and makes the grip easier to clean. The ergonomically shaped SeaGuide PBXSS-DMN reel seat, described as SeaGuide XSS in the series features, uses dual locking nuts to keep the reel secure. An EVA butt completes the handle. Lightweight Seaguide XQ guides carry the line without adding unnecessary guide weight.
All versions share the same lure rating, so the choice is about rod length, weight and packed size rather than a different casting range.
The 2.10 m version weighs 245 g and has seven guides including the tip. It is the shortest and lightest option, with a transport length of 154 cm. The 2.40 m version weighs 270 g, also has seven guides and packs to 182 cm. Both use a 1+1 construction with the joint immediately above the fighter grip, preserving the strength of the main blank section.
The 2.70 m version weighs 349 g and has eight guides including the tip. Its two-piece construction packs to 138 cm, the shortest transport length in the family despite having the longest assembled length. Choose it when assembled length and a shorter packed size matter more than minimum rod weight.
