It is designed for bottom fishing for catfish in fast-flowing rivers with worms, strips of squid or both. The subfloat holds the bait above the bed and the two single hooks carry the bait, making this a natural-bait rig rather than a lure-fishing setup.
The hook and subfloat combinations are 6/0 with 20 g, 8/0 with 40 g and 10/0 with 60 g. All have the same 160 cm, 1.00 mm soft mono leader rated at 100 lb, approximately 45.36 kg. Select the hook and subfloat pair for your bait presentation rather than expecting a change in leader length or strength.
No. The 60 g specification refers to the subfloat paired with the 10/0 hooks. The supplier separately lists a tackle weight of 105 g for this version, so use the subfloat figure to compare float sizes, not as the complete rig's weight.
Each pack contains one pre-tied rig in the chosen size, including its subfloat and two mounted single hooks. You receive one assembled bait rig, not a pair of separate rigs or a pack of loose hooks.

This pre-tied catfish rig is designed for bottom fishing with worms, strips of squid or both in fast-flowing rivers. Its Madcat Screaming Subfloat lifts the bait above the riverbed, while two mounted, sharp single hooks provide attachment points for the bait and help secure hook-ups.
Every version is tied with 1.00 mm Madcat Ultra-soft Mono Leader line and measures 160 cm in total. The soft monofilament forms the leader between the rig components. The stated breaking strength is 100 lb, approximately 45.36 kg. These construction specifications remain the same across the three versions.
The 6/0 version has a 20 g subfloat, the 8/0 version a 40 g subfloat and the 10/0 version a 60 g subfloat. Moving up the range increases both hook size and the stated subfloat size, so these cannot be selected independently within this line. Choose the paired hook and subfloat configuration for your bait presentation. All three versions share the same intended use with worms and squid in strong river current.
The 10/0 version is listed as Transparent White, with a tackle weight of 105 g and a transport length of 130 cm. Its 60 g subfloat specification is separate from that tackle weight.
You receive one pre-tied rig in the selected version, with its subfloat and two mounted single hooks. The pack count is one rig, not two rigs despite the two hooks.
