These freshwater spinning rods are designed for active catfish fishing with 40–150 g lures. Their sensitive yet powerful 24T Carbon blanks combine lure-casting capability with strength for setting hooks and playing large catfish. All versions have Medium Fast action, Medium Heavy power and an updated green finish.
Seven lightweight Seaguide anti-tangle guides, including the tip, help reduce line tangles when casting. The ergonomic Fuji TVS-TJS17 reel seat uses double locking to secure the reel. The handle combines shrink tube and EVA, with an EVA butt.
The 2.15 m version weighs 275 g and suits boat and belly-boat fishing. It packs to 159 cm. The 2.45 m version weighs 320 g and suits boat, belly-boat and bank fishing, with a transport length of 185 cm. Both use 1+1 construction split just above the grip, leaving the working blank effectively one-piece rather than joined in the middle.
The 2.75 m version suits bank fishing where longer casts are needed. It weighs 370 g and has two sections with a transport length of 142 cm. It is the longest and heaviest when assembled, yet packs shorter than either handle-split version.
