It is designed for bottom fishing for catfish in fast-flowing freshwater rivers with worms, squid strips or both. The Adjusta Subfloat adds lift to the presentation, making this a rig for buoyant natural-bait fishing rather than lure fishing.
S combines two 6/0 hooks with 20 g buoyancy, M combines two 8/0 hooks with 40 g, and L combines two 10/0 hooks with 60 g. Choose hook size and lift together, since neither can be selected independently within these three versions.
No. Every version uses a 180 cm, 1 mm Madcat Ultra-soft Mono Leader rated to approximately 45.36 kg. The larger versions change hook size and buoyancy, not leader length, diameter or breaking strength.
Each pack contains one rig with two hooks and an Adjusta Subfloat. The specified transport length is 187 cm for all three versions, so choosing a smaller hook version does not reduce that dimension.

The Madcat Adjusta Profi River Rig Worm & Squid is a pre-tied catfish rig for bottom fishing in fast-flowing freshwater rivers with worms, squid strips or both. Its Adjusta Subfloat adds buoyancy to the bait presentation, so it is suited to fishing these natural baits above the riverbed. Each rig carries two hooks.
Every version is 180 cm long overall and is tied with 1 mm Madcat Ultra-soft Mono Leader with a breaking strength of approximately 45.36 kg. The monofilament leader, overall length and strength stay the same across the range, so changing hook size does not change these specifications. The supplier colour designation is Transparent White.
The S version has two 6/0 hooks and 20 g buoyancy, the M version has two 8/0 hooks and 40 g buoyancy, and the L version has two 10/0 hooks and 60 g buoyancy. Larger hooks therefore come with greater lift. Choose the combination to suit the bait presentation you need, rather than expecting a stronger leader in the larger versions. The supplier also specifies tackle weights of 20 g, 40 g and 60 g respectively.
Each pack contains one rig with its two hooks and Adjusta Subfloat. The specified transport length is 187 cm for every version.
