The soft, narrow-bore silicone tubing can secure the hair against the hook shank. Short sections can also slide over the hook eye to aid hooking with pop-ups, so the tubing serves both hair positioning and hook-eye applications.
Choose between stated diameters of 0.5 mm and 0.75 mm to suit the mounting point on your rig. Both versions are Green silicone tubing supplied in a 1.5 m length, so the diameter is the deciding specification rather than the amount of tubing.

Korda Silicone Tube is soft, narrow-bore silicone tubing for building a wide range of carp rigs. A short section holds the hair against the hook shank, helping you position it on your rig.
Short sections can also be slid over the hook eye to aid hooking when fishing with pop-ups. The soft tubing can be cut into sections for these different rig-building tasks.
The Green tubing comes in stated diameters of 0.5 mm and 0.75 mm. Choose the diameter to suit the part of your rig where the tubing will sit. Both versions provide 1.5 m of tubing, with the same material and intended uses.
