They are designed for carp fishing in waters with weed and obstacles. The shortened, grooved design allows the tail rubber to release under light pressure, helping the lead drop off quickly when it becomes snagged.
Yes, the supplier explicitly states that the clips suit powerful casts with heavy leads and provide a good self-hooking effect. No maximum lead weight is specified, so the supplied information does not establish a numerical weight limit.
The variants differ in colour: Gravel/Clay or Weed/Silt. Both have the same stated quick-release design and contain 10 lead clips, so choose by colour rather than a difference in the supplied performance specifications.

Korda Quick Release Lead Clips are lead clips for carp fishing in waters with weed, snags and other underwater structure. Their shortened, grooved design allows the tail rubber to release under light pressure, so the lead can drop off quickly if it becomes caught.
The clips are also suitable for powerful casts with heavy leads and provide a good self-hooking effect. They combine that casting capability with quick lead release when a lead becomes snagged.
Choose between Gravel/Clay and Weed/Silt. The supplied specifications are the same for both versions, so colour is the distinguishing choice. Each pack contains 10 lead clips.
