They are suited to pop-up boilies over silty or weedy bottoms, including algae mats. The Chod Rig holds the buoyant carp bait close above the bed instead of letting it sink into soft ground, so it is an option for these conditions in lakes, ponds and rivers.
Only the supplied hook size changes. All three variants have an approximate overall length of 5cm and a 2.5cm line section, with three rigs per pack. Choose the required hook size without changing rig length or pack quantity. No matching bait diameters are specified.
They reduce the risk rather than guarantee a tangle-free cast. The supplier reports good flight characteristics and very few tangles, making them useful when casting a pop-up presentation to the fishing spot.

Korda Chod Rig Short is a ready-tied carp rig for fishing pop-up boilies in lakes, ponds and rivers. It holds the buoyant hookbait just above the bottom rather than letting it sink into soft silt, making it suitable for muddy areas and weed-covered beds, including areas with algae mats or suspended algae.
Each rig has an approximate overall length of 5cm, with a line section of approximately 2.5cm. The rigs have good flight characteristics and a low risk of tangling during the cast, helping the presentation reach the fishing spot without becoming tangled.
Choose hook size #4, #6 or #8. Hook size is the difference between the three variants, while rig length, intended use and pack quantity remain the same. Select the hook size required for your pop-up presentation. The supplier does not specify corresponding bait diameters. Each pack contains three Chod Rigs in the selected hook size.
