They are particularly suited to pop-up boilies for carp in lakes, ponds and rivers with soft, muddy or weedy bottoms. The chod presentation holds the buoyant bait just above the bottom, helping prevent it from sinking into soft sediment and keeping it presented over bottom growth.
The hook size changes, while the hooklink remains approximately 5 cm and the overall rig length approximately 7.5 cm. Each pack contains three rigs with the selected hook size, so choose by the hook size your setup needs rather than by rig length.
Yes, the supplier describes good flight characteristics and a low risk of tangles during casting. This helps deliver the presentation with an untangled hooklink, but it does not mean tangles are impossible.

Korda Chod Rig Long ready-made carp rigs are suited to lakes, ponds and rivers with muddy, soft or weedy bottoms. Used with pop-up boilies, the chod presentation holds the bait just above the bottom rather than letting it sink into soft sediment. This also suits waters with mats of algae or weed growth near the bottom.
These rigs are particularly suited to buoyant pop-up carp baits. Their good flight characteristics keep the risk of tangles during casting low, helping the presentation reach the swim without a tangled hooklink.
All three versions have a hooklink of approximately 5 cm and an overall length of approximately 7.5 cm. The difference is hook size: #4, #6 or #8. Choose the hook size required for your setup, as the stated lengths and intended muddy or weedy-water use are the same across the range.
Each pack contains three Chod Rigs, all with the selected hook size.
