No. It is a sinking stickbait designed for a walk-the-dog retrieve just below the surface. It is an option when predators feed beneath the surface rather than taking a floating lure, and it continues sinking during pauses.
No. Short rod strokes produce the walking action, but steady winding makes it swim in a tight S-curve. You can therefore switch between an actively worked retrieve and continuous winding with the same lure. Watch the line on the fall, when its shimmy and flashing flanks can also draw bites.
The supplier names perch, pike and asp for spinning and describes the model as suitable throughout the year. Its particular role is fishing just below the surface when predators will not come right to the top, rather than a season-specific presentation.
Each option supplies one 85 mm sinking stickbait in the selected colour with size 6 hooks. The listed colours do not have separate supported depth or seasonal recommendations. Six versions are specified at 13.5 g, while HS Ghost Minnow has conflicting weight entries, so its weight is left unspecified.

The Water Monitor is an 85 mm sinking stickbait for spinning for perch, pike and asp. It is designed for fish that will not come right to the surface. Its walk-the-dog action works just below the surface, keeping the lure in that feeding layer rather than floating above the fish.
Short rod strokes work the stickbait from side to side. A steady retrieve produces a tight S-shaped path, so continuous winding is also an option. As it sinks, the lure shimmies and flashes its flanks. Bites can come during this fall, so watch the line as well as during the retrieve. The supplier describes the model as suitable for year-round use.
The ABS body contains ten stabilising chambers to support its swimming action. All versions have size 6 hooks. Bone, Secret Sand Eel, SG Ayu, Shine Katana, HS Ghost Minnow and Roach are listed with two ST36MF#6 hooks. RT Bleak is specified only by hook size.
The range comprises Bone, Secret Sand Eel, SG Ayu, Shine Katana, RT Bleak, HS Ghost Minnow and Roach. All are 85 mm long and sinking. Bone, Secret Sand Eel, SG Ayu, Shine Katana, RT Bleak and Roach are specified at 13.5 g. No consistent weight is supplied for HS Ghost Minnow. Choose by the named finish, as the evidence does not establish different depth or seasonal uses for the colours. One stickbait is supplied in the selected colour.
