They are designed for coarse fishing, with carp, tench and crucian carp explicitly named by the supplier. The very sharp, slightly offset points help hook fish securely, so the range is intended for building hooklengths for these species.
No, these are loose spade-end hooks. They have a flattened, forged end instead of an eye, so you need to tie your own hooklength using a spade-end attachment before fishing.
Sizes 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 contain 11 hooks each. Size 1 contains 9, and sizes 1/0 and 2/0 contain 6 each. Choose the hook size for your rig first, then check the quantity when planning how many hooklengths to tie.

These single hooks are designed for coarse fishing, including carp, tench and crucian carp. Their very sharp, slightly offset points help hook fish securely. All sizes have the supplier's NS Black hook colour and a spade end for tying your own hooklength.
Instead of an eye, each hook has a flattened, forged end. Tie the hooklength to this spade-end hook rather than threading it through an eye. The pack contains loose hooks, so the hooklength must be tied before use.
Choose the hook size to suit your intended rig, and check the pack quantity separately. Sizes 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each contain 11 hooks. Size 1 contains 9 hooks, while sizes 1/0 and 2/0 each contain 6 hooks. The attachment, point style and NS Black colour are shared across the range.
