They are designed for drop shot fishing with soft plastics for perch, zander and pike. Choose them for that rig and bait combination rather than as a complete ready-to-fish rig.
Tie the drop shot leader to the upper swivel eye and attach the lower leader section with the drop shot weight below. The hook stands horizontally away from the rig, supporting bait presentation and hooking.
Each pack contains three hooks in size 2, 1, 1/0, 2/0 or 3/0, depending on the version selected. Choose the hook size for your intended softbait. The supplier does not specify matching bait lengths or a separate target species for each size.

Gamakatsu Swivel Shot hooks are designed for drop shot fishing with soft plastics for perch, zander and pike. A swivel at the hook eye makes rig assembly quick and straightforward and holds the hook horizontally away from the rig for bait presentation and effective hooking.
Tie the drop shot leader to the upper swivel eye. Attach the lower leader section and drop shot weight below it. This arrangement provides separate upper and lower connection points while positioning the hook for presenting the softbait.
The sharp hooks help the point take hold in a predator's mouth. Their strong construction is designed to withstand the fight with large predators.
Choose from sizes 2, 1, 1/0, 2/0 and 3/0. Hook size is the difference between these versions, so select it to suit the softbait you intend to rig. No specific bait lengths or species-specific size recommendations are supplied. Each pack contains three hooks in the selected size.
