These are bare single eyed hooks for tying flies and streamers. Each pack contains 25 hooks in the chosen size, so you need to tie your pattern before fishing it.
Choose from #10, #8, #6, #4, #2, #1, #1/0 and #2/0 to match the hook size required by your tying pattern. All sizes use the same F314 model and contain 25 hooks. No size-specific pattern recommendations are supplied.
They are intended for flies and streamers used in fly fishing for trout, grayling and other fish. After tying, knot the finished pattern to your fly leader through the hook eye, which provides the line attachment.
No questions asked, 30 days to return.
Your data is protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
The Gamakatsu F314 Fly Hook is a black single eyed hook for tying flies and streamers for fly fishing, including trout and grayling. Its sharp point supports hook penetration, while the strong hook construction helps when playing hard-fighting trout, including larger fish.
Once you have tied the pattern, attach the finished fly or streamer to your fly leader by knotting it through the hook eye. These are bare tying hooks, not finished flies.
The family includes sizes #10, #8, #6, #4, #2, #1, #1/0 and #2/0. Hook size is the difference between the variants, so choose the size required by your fly or streamer pattern. All versions share the F314 model, black colour and sharp, strong eyed-hook construction. The supplier does not assign particular patterns or fish sizes to individual hook sizes.
Each pack contains 25 eyed hooks in the selected size, allowing you to tie several flies or streamers on the same hook model.
