Yes. On sbirolino rigs, they sit on the trout hooklength as the first bite indicator. On stationary bubble-float rigs, they provide sensitive bite indication with little resistance, so the same pilot floats cover both setups.
Yes, the supplier specifies depth adjustment on bubble-float rigs, including when fishing baits such as waxworms. This lets you set the bait depth when fishing this stationary trout setup.
Only the stated colour differs. All versions have an 8 mm diameter and are supplied in packs of six. The colours are intended to remain visible at distance in varied conditions, so choose for visibility at your venue rather than a difference in size or use.

FTM Stabpiloten are 8 mm pilot floats for trout fishing on ponds and lakes. Their easily visible colours help you watch for bites even at longer distances in different weather and fishing conditions.
On a sbirolino rig, the pilot float sits on the trout hooklength as the first bite indicator. It also serves as a sensitive indicator for stationary fishing with a bubble float, offering little resistance when a trout takes the bait. On this setup, the pilot float lets you set the depth of baits such as waxworms.
Choose red, yellow or white to suit visibility in your fishing conditions. All three versions have the same 8 mm diameter and the same uses. The supplier does not specify a particular weather or lighting condition for each colour. Each pack contains six pilot floats in the selected colour.
