FTM Forellenteig schwimmend: floating paste for trout fishing

FTM Forellenteig schwimmend is a floating trout paste for active and static bait fishing in lakes and rivers. Its buoyancy supports floating bait presentations, while its tropical fruit scent provides an attraction cue for trout.

Retrieve with float or sbirolino rigs

The dough is suitable for slowly retrieving bait with float rigs and sbirolinos. Its workable consistency allows it to be shaped for bait presentation. It also suits static trout fishing, so you can choose an active or passive approach with the same paste.

Choose the colour, keep the same scent

The nine colours are black-yellow, black-orange, white, blue, black, pink, black-green, red and brown. Every version floats, has a fruit scent and contains 50 g of paste. Colour is the only stated difference, with no colour-specific fishing conditions or performance differences supplied. Choose the colour you want without changing the scent or quantity.

Supplied quantity

You receive 50 g of trout dough in the selected colour.

Frequently asked

Which rigs and fishing methods is this paste suitable for?

It suits active and static trout fishing in lakes and rivers. The floating dough is specifically suitable for slow retrieves with float or sbirolino rigs, so you can use it for moving bait presentations as well as static fishing.

Do the colours differ in scent, buoyancy or quantity?

No, all nine colours have a fruit scent, float and contain 50 g. Choose between black-yellow, black-orange, white, blue, black, pink, black-green, red and brown without changing those specifications. No colour-specific performance differences are stated.

Does the dough float or sink?

The dough floats, so it is the buoyant option for your trout bait presentation rather than a sinking paste. The actual fishing depth depends on the rig, not on a fixed depth rating for the dough.
