Yes. The bell provides audible bite indication and the bright, switchable LED adds a visible signal in the dark. This combination is intended for dusk and night sessions as well as daytime use.
It clips onto the end of the rod tip without tools, making it quick to attach when setting up or changing swims. Each selected colour version includes one bite indicator with a battery and an eel bell, so the battery does not need to be bought separately for the supplied unit.
The stated difference is the colour option: green, red or colour-changing. Choose green or red for a specified single colour, or Farbwechsel for changing colours. No colour-specific performance difference or colour-change trigger is specified.
No. The supplier specifies freshwater bottom and predator fishing and lists eel, pike, zander, carp and barbel as target species. It therefore provides bite indication for those stationary fishing situations, not just eel sessions.

This eel bell combines an audible bell with a bright, switchable LED for freshwater bottom fishing and stationary predator fishing. The two forms of bite indication help you notice bites by day, at dusk and during night sessions, when the rod tip is harder to see.
The bell clips onto the end of the rod tip without tools. This makes attachment quick when setting up or moving swims. The bell provides an audible signal, while the LED adds a visible indication in low light.
The supplier specifies freshwater bottom fishing and predator fishing, particularly eel fishing at dusk and at night. Pike, zander, carp and barbel are also listed as target species, so its use is not limited to eel sessions.
The range offers green (Grün), red (Rot) and colour-changing (Farbwechsel) versions. Choose green or red for a specified single colour, or Farbwechsel for the colour-changing option. The supplied information does not describe the colour-change sequence or trigger, or any difference in performance between the colours.
Each version contains one bite indicator with a battery and an eel bell in the selected colour version. A battery is therefore included rather than supplied separately.
