No. This short 30cm paternoster bait trace must be used with an uptrace and is designed to pair with the Heli Rotary Uptrace. Include an uptrace in your setup. The size 7 Diamond Swivel provides the mainline connection but does not replace it.
Only the hook size changes among the supplied fishing specifications. Size 4 has the largest trebles, size 6 is intermediate and size 8 is smallest. All use 30cm of 40lb 49-strand coated steel wire and a size 7 Diamond Swivel, so select the hooks required for your bait presentation rather than expecting a different trace length or strength.
No. Every version has two barbed Powerpoint trebles. These are not barbless alternatives, so check the hook rules at your venue before choosing this trace.
You receive one ready-tied trace in your selected hook size, with two Powerpoint trebles and a size 7 Diamond Swivel. It comes in eco-friendly cardboard packaging. Treat it as the bait trace for your paternoster setup. An uptrace is still required.

This ready-tied steel trace is designed for presenting deadbaits on paternoster rigs when a shorter bait trace is needed. Its 30cm length and two barbed Powerpoint trebles provide a pre-assembled bait trace for predator fishing.
An uptrace is essential. This trace must not be used without one. It is designed to pair with the Heli Rotary Uptrace for a safe paternoster setup. A size 7 Diamond Swivel provides the mainline connection. The bait trace alone does not replace the required uptrace.
Each version uses 49-strand coated steel wire rated at 40lb (approximately 18.14kg). The camo finish keeps the trace visually unobtrusive. The two Powerpoint trebles are barbed, so check whether barbed hooks are permitted where you intend to fish.
The range includes hook sizes 4, 6 and 8. Size 4 has the largest hooks in this family, size 6 is the intermediate option and size 8 has the smallest. Choose according to the hook size your bait presentation requires. All three versions retain the same 30cm trace length, wire construction, strength rating and size 7 swivel, so the choice changes hook size rather than trace length or strength. No specific bait-size ranges are supplied.
You receive one ready-tied trace in your selected hook size, supplied in eco-friendly cardboard packaging. Plan your setup with the required uptrace as well as this bait trace.
