Hitcher Jerk & Twitch 80mm lipless sinking - UV Cool Herring
incl. VAT, excl.
The Hitcher Jerk and Twitch (Jerkbait / Twitchbait) in UV Cool Herring is a lipless, sinking 8 cm / 20 g hard lure built for active, aggressive retrieves that draw pike and other predators up from depth.
An internal ball-bearing rattle serves two purposes: it displaces water and produces sound vibration that triggers predator responses, and it shifts the centre of gravity during the cast for noticeably longer throws — useful when covering open water or reaching distant structures.
The Hitcher is built on a continuous through-wire frame, so the body and hook hangers stay together even under the violent head-shakes of a large pike. The fitted VMC black nickel treble hooks are sharp straight from the packet, requiring no upgrade.
The Hitcher Jerk and Twitch is available in two body sizes, each with a full UV colour range. Pick the size that matches your target species, water and gear:
Hitcher 8 cm / 20 g — Running depth 2.1 m — the compact option for perch-sized baitfish imitation; works on pike, perch and zander in rivers, canals and shallower lake margins; fits lighter spinning and baitcasting setups. Colours: UV Cool Herring (current), UV Silver Bait Fish, UV Striped Shiner, UV Sun Tiger, UV Real Shiner, UV Original Perch, UV Fire Tiger, UV Gold Head.
Hitcher 12 cm / 60 g — Running depth 2.4 m — a heavier option for bigger pike in open freshwater; suits heavier baitcasting or stiff spinning rods; covers deeper water. Colours: UV Gold Head, UV Fire Tiger, UV Sun Tiger, UV Original Perch, UV Striped Shiner, UV Real Shiner.
