Slack line allows a quick descent towards the bottom, useful in deep water or strong current. On taut line, the head flutters and its flattened sides slow the fall, keeping the softbait in front of a predator for longer. Change line tension to choose between these presentations.
Choose 17 g with 4/0, or 21 g and 28 g with 3/0, 4/0 or 6/0. Match the hook to your softbait first, then choose the head weight for depth and current. The 4/0 hook gives you the widest weight choice. Compatible softbait lengths are not specified.
The supplier recommends vertical fishing and casting in current with softbaits for pike, zander and perch. The pointed aerodynamic shape supports long, accurate casts, while the line-dependent descent lets you vary the sinking presentation in deep or flowing water.
No softbait is listed in the contents. Each variant supplies one Fox Rage Flutter Jig in the selected weight and hook size, so choose a separate softbait that fits the hook.

Fox Rage Flutter Jigs are jig heads for soft plastic lures when fishing for pike, zander and perch. Their pointed, aerodynamic triangular shape supports long, accurate casts, while the flattened sides change the lure's fall according to line tension. They are intended for vertical fishing and casting in current.
On a slack line, the head sinks quickly towards the bottom, which is useful in deep water or strong current. With the line held taut, it flutters and the flat sides slow the descent, keeping the lure in front of a predator for longer. Line tension therefore lets you change the presentation during the sinking phase.
The range includes 17 g with a 4/0 hook, 21 g with 3/0, 4/0 or 6/0 hooks, and 28 g with 3/0, 4/0 or 6/0 hooks. Match the hook size to your softbait, then choose the weight for the depth and current. At the same hook size, a heavier head helps the lure reach depth, while a lighter head offers a less heavily weighted presentation. The 4/0 versions provide all three weight options, while 3/0 and 6/0 are available in 21 g and 28 g. The supplier does not specify compatible softbait lengths.
Each variant contains one Fox Rage Flutter Jig in the selected weight and hook size. The stated contents are the jig head, not a complete softbait lure.
