Yes, the kit is designed for both bottom and popped-up kebab baits made from fish chunks. The included popper gives you the popped-up option, so you can change the presentation rather than being limited to a bait resting on the bottom.
You receive one kit with a pin, popper and bait fin. Push fish chunks onto the pin, attach your trace and fit the bait fin to retain the chunks. This lets you assemble a kebab-style deadbait on your trace.
The difference is the finish, not the included components or presentation options. Red is the red version, while Natural Grey offers a more concealed finish. Choose Natural Grey if a less conspicuous finish is your priority.

The Fox Rage Predator Deadbait Kebab Kit is a bait holder for making kebab-style deadbaits from fish chunks. Its pin, popper and bait fin let you prepare bottom or popped-up presentations. This offers an alternative bait presentation that may tempt fish on heavily pressured waters.
Push fish chunks onto the pin, attach your trace and secure the bait with the supplied bait fin. The pin carries the chunks and the fin retains them, while the popper provides the option of a popped-up presentation rather than a bait resting on the bottom. Each pack contains one kit with a pin, popper and bait fin.
Both colours offer the same presentation options and components. Choose Red for the red finish, or Natural Grey when you want a more concealed finish. The colour is the supported difference between the two versions.
