Fox Edges Curve Shank X carp hooks are the extra-strong version of the Edges Curve Shank pattern, intended for the largest carp in extreme hook-and-hold situations with strong lines and stiff rods. They suit hair rigs and other carp rigs. The aggressively curved shank helps the hook turn and take hold in the carp's mouth when pressure is needed on the fish.
A straight eye follows the direction of the shank. The needle-sharp straight point uses Arma Point technology, combining a sharp point with the turning action of the curved shank. The hooks have micro barbs and are not barbless.
The forged XC80 Vanadium steel construction combines high strength with low weight for demanding carp fishing. A non-reflective PTFE coating keeps the presentation unobtrusive, particularly in clear water.
