Both measure 198 × 185 mm across the pan. The standard version is 45 mm high with two 22.5 mm-deep halves. The Deep is 69.5 mm high with a 47 mm-deep smooth half and a 22.5 mm-deep griddle half. Choose Deep for more depth on the smooth side, or standard for a lower overall profile.
