The Fox Carpmaster STR (Short Term Retention) Weigh Sling XL is purpose-built for safely handling and weighing large carp, combining a sculpted, fish-friendly design with full-length buoyancy.

Full-length HD foam along both arms keeps the sling reliably afloat while you prepare for weighing or photography. The mesh base allows rapid water drainage for a quick and accurate reading on the scales, while reinforced stitching at all pressure points ensures the sling holds up under the weight of big fish session after session.

Fish Safety at Every Step

The sculpted shape houses and fully supports the fish centrally during lifting and weighing — reducing stress and the risk of injury. Full-length double zips with clip fastening and zip baffles keep the fish secure, while the top mesh panel lets you monitor it at all times. Double grab handles at each end make lifting and carrying safe and controlled. A 3 m heavy-duty cord with clip is stored in an external pocket for short-term bank retention. Always ensure pectoral fins are flat against the body before lifting.
