The 100% EVA body features 1 mm walls and a heavy-duty 1.5 mm base that resists punctures and moisture. High-quality 10 mm waterproof double zips compress the lid and walls together, creating an airtight seal that locks in cold and keeps condensation out. Moulded scuff pads on the base protect against abrasion on gravel or hard ground.
High-density insulation in all walls retains cold efficiently, extending ice life and keeping bait, drinks, and food chilled throughout long sessions. The dedicated moulded overlapping lid in khaki adds an extra thermal barrier, while ergonomic zip pullers and hard-wearing polyester carry straps make transport comfortable even when fully loaded.
