The sehr dünn version provides 120 m of very thin thread, medium provides 60 m and extra stark provides 30 m of extra-strong thread. The extra stark version is also described for larger baitfish. Choose by thread grade and available length, as no numeric diameter or breaking strain is supplied.
It binds whole baitfish and fish strips to hooks for sea fishing, including fishing for cod, halibut and coalfish. Boat, shore and pier use are described. The transparent, elastic binding helps keep the bait in position during casting and in the current.
Draw the required length from the dispenser and wrap it several times around the bait and hook shank. The elastic follows the bait's shape, while the dispenser keeps the remaining roll together. The length used per bait depends on bait size and the number of wraps.
Each pack contains one dispenser of transparent elastic thread. The roll contains 120 m, 60 m or 30 m according to the selected grade, so the dispenser is included with every version.

Eisele Naturköder-Elastik-Garn is transparent bait elastic for securing whole baitfish and fish strips to hooks. Wrapped around the bait and hook shank, the stretchy thread follows the bait's shape and helps prevent it from slipping during casting or in the current. It is suited to sea fishing for cod, halibut and coalfish from a boat, the shore or a pier.
The three versions pair a different thread grade with a different length. The sehr dünn version contains 120 m of very thin thread for a discreet binding and can also secure squid strips. The medium version contains 60 m for binding baitfish and fish strips. The extra stark version contains 30 m of extra-strong thread and is also described for securing larger baitfish. Choosing a stronger grade therefore means a shorter roll. No diameter or breaking strain is specified for these grades.
Wrap the elastic several times around the bait and hook shank to hold the bait in position. Its transparency makes the binding less conspicuous while retaining the natural bait presentation. The supplier describes use with single and treble hooks. The amount of thread needed depends on the bait size and the number of wraps, so there is no fixed number of baits per roll.
Each pack contains one dispenser of transparent elastic thread. The dispenser keeps the roll together for storage and lets you draw off the length needed at the fishing spot. The listed weight is 16 g for each version.
