Yes. Every variant has an aluminium spool suitable for braid or monofilament and a right/left handle position. Choose your preferred line and retrieve side, but use the stated capacity figures for mono only, as no braid capacities are supplied.
The 2500FD HG retrieves 86 cm per turn with 6.2:1 gearing, compared with 71 cm and 5.2:1 for the 2500FD. Both hold 215 m of 0.20 mm mono and have 4.5 kg maximum drag. Choose the HG for faster line recovery, accepting 251 g rather than 246 g.
The 1000FD and 2000FD are offered for perch and trout, both 2500 versions also for zander, the 3000FD and 4000FD for perch, pike and zander, and the 5000FD for pike. Compare weight, retrieve and capacity for your setup, since a larger size does not always retrieve more line per turn.
Both are offered for carp, tench, bream and roach. The 6000FD weighs 399 g and holds 215 m of 0.35 mm mono with 6.5 kg maximum drag. The 8000FD is positioned for heavier feeder rods, distance and current, holding 255 m of 0.45 mm mono with 7.5 kg maximum drag, but weighing 629 g. Choose by rod setup and capacity needs, not size alone.
Both have 5.2:1 gearing and 5.5 kg maximum drag. The 5000FD retrieves 81 cm rather than 64 cm per turn and holds 200 m rather than 170 m of 0.30 mm mono. At 280 g versus 279 g, it offers more capacity and faster recovery for almost the same weight.

The DAM QUICK INTENZE front-drag spinning reels cover general freshwater fishing and lure fishing. Their 7+1 stainless steel bearings support smooth, strong operation, while instant anti-reverse stops the handle turning backwards when you strike or play a fish. Sizes run from 1000FD to 8000FD, with a faster 2500FD HG option.
A lightweight graphite body and rotor keep the construction light, and the compact body is convenient for repeated casting. The CNC-machined aluminium screw-in handle provides a firm connection to the drive, with a soft-touch knob for comfortable retrieval. Every size accepts either a right- or left-hand handle position. The aluminium spool accommodates both monofilament and braided line, so you can choose the line to suit your method. All variants use a front drag with felt drag material.
The 1000FD and 2000FD are offered for perch and trout lure fishing. The 2000FD adds line capacity and maximum drag at a slightly higher weight. Both 2500 versions suit perch, trout and zander. Choose the 2500FD HG for its 6.2:1 gearing and 86 cm retrieve per turn rather than the standard model's 5.2:1 and 71 cm. It has the same line capacity and maximum drag, but weighs 5 g more.
The 3000FD and 4000FD are offered for perch, pike and zander, with spinning and jig fishing explicitly supported for the 3000FD. Moving to the 4000FD increases maximum drag and capacity for thicker mono, but its stated retrieve is lower. The 5000FD suits pike spinning and adds line capacity and a faster retrieve than the 4000FD for just 1 g more weight.
The 6000FD and 8000FD also suit feeder fishing for carp, tench, bream and roach. The 6000FD is offered for rivers and stillwaters, while the 8000FD is positioned for medium to heavy feeder rods, longer casts and stronger currents. The 8000FD carries thicker mono and has a higher maximum drag, but weighs 230 g more than the 6000FD. Its lower gear ratio still gives a similar retrieve per turn.
| Model | Gear ratio | Weight | Retrieve per turn | Maximum drag | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 1000FD | 5.2:1 | 224 g | 64 cm | 3.5 kg | | 2000FD | 5.2:1 | 238 g | 67 cm | 4.5 kg | | 2500FD | 5.2:1 | 246 g | 71 cm | 4.5 kg | | 2500FD HG | 6.2:1 | 251 g | 86 cm | 4.5 kg | | 3000FD | 5.2:1 | 245 g | 71 cm | 4.5 kg | | 4000FD | 5.2:1 | 279 g | 64 cm | 5.5 kg | | 5000FD | 5.2:1 | 280 g | 81 cm | 5.5 kg | | 6000FD | 5.0:1 | 399 g | 83.5 cm | 6.5 kg | | 8000FD | 4.1:1 | 629 g | 83 cm | 7.5 kg |
Compare capacity at the diameter you intend to use, rather than reel size alone. These are monofilament figures, not stated braid capacities.

For the 6000FD, the supplier recommends wiping the exterior with a damp cloth, drying it thoroughly and periodically oiling the line roller and moving parts. Store it dry and away from direct sunlight. For the 8000FD, the advice is to wipe it dry after fishing, occasionally oil the moving parts and store it cool and dry.
