The DAM QUICK INTENZE LC spinning reels are designed for long-distance freshwater fishing, including carp fishing. Their aluminium long-cast spools and slow oscillation system produce parallel line lay to support casting distance. The 6000FD, 8000FD and 10000FD differ in line capacity, weight and retrieve, so the largest model is not automatically the best choice for every setup.
Slow oscillation lays the line in parallel turns on the spool, helping it leave the spool during distance casts. A thick, lightweight aluminium bail guides the line back onto the aluminium spool. The CNC-machined aluminium screw-in handle has a flat soft-touch paddle knob for a comfortable grip when winding. Right/left handle positioning lets you choose your winding side.
The quick-adjust front drag allows prompt changes to line resistance during a fight. All models use Carbon/Felt drag material and instant anti-reverse, which prevents backward handle rotation. The graphite body and rotor, extra-strong gearing and 6+1 stainless steel bearings combine structural strength with smooth operation under fishing loads.

Choose the 6000FD when its capacity is sufficient and keeping reel weight down matters. Its maximum drag is 10 kg. The 8000FD offers more capacity and the fastest line recovery in the family. The 10000FD provides the greatest line reserve and a maximum drag of 15 kg, at the cost of the highest weight. Its lower gear ratio does not give it the slowest line recovery, so compare retrieve per turn as well as ratio. The 8000FD is explicitly listed in black. All three models are specified for freshwater use, with no supplied saltwater-use rating.
