All seven FD models have front drag with a felt drag system, so drag adjustment is at the spool. The wider QUICK 1 series includes rear-drag reels, but those are not these FD variants.
The supplier specifies the 3000 FD for perch and zander with softbaits and hardbaits, and the 4000 FD for zander and pike, including jigging. Both have 5.2:1 gearing and 1.8 kg maximum drag. The 4000 holds 340 m rather than 280 m of 0.25 mm mono and retrieves 84 cm rather than 78 cm per turn, at 277 g instead of 259 g. Choose between them by line reserve, retrieve and weight.
The 5000 and 6000 share 5.1:1 gearing and 11 kg maximum drag. Their capacities are 200 m and 340 m of 0.35 mm mono, with retrieves of 89 cm and 96 cm and weights of 348 g and 368 g. The 8000 holds 390 m of 0.40 mm mono, retrieves 112 cm and has 15 kg maximum drag at 590 g. More capacity and retrieve come with more weight, so compare the diameter you need before choosing.
Both are rated for 200 m, but at different monofilament diameters: 0.18 mm for the 1000 and 0.20 mm for the 2000. Both have 5.2:1 gearing and 0.6 kg maximum drag, while retrieve rises from 68 cm to 73 cm. Compare the stated diameter as well as length when matching your line.

The DAM QUICK 1 front drag (FD) spinning reels cover seven sizes for freshwater fishing. Their fixed gear construction and 3+1 steel ball bearings support a stable, smooth retrieve. The 3000 FD is explicitly intended for perch and zander with softbaits and hardbaits, while the 4000 FD is intended for zander and pike spinning and jigging.
All seven models share a slim graphite body and graphite rotor, a die-cast handle and an anodized spool. The steel main shaft supports the spool, while the felt drag system controls line release under load. The front-mounted drag adjustment is shared across this FD family. The wider QUICK 1 series also includes five rear-drag sizes, but these seven models are front-drag reels.
The figures below give monofilament capacity at the stated diameter and line retrieved per handle turn. Compare capacity at the diameter you intend to use, rather than reel size alone.

6000 FD: 5.1:1 gearing, 96 cm retrieve, 340 m of 0.35 mm mono, 11 kg maximum drag and 368 g reel weight. Compared with the 5000, it holds 140 m more line at the same diameter for 20 g more weight.
8000 FD: 5.1:1 gearing, 112 cm retrieve, 390 m of 0.40 mm mono, 15 kg maximum drag and 590 g reel weight. It offers the highest stated drag and retrieve in this family, with more weight than the smaller models.
The larger models retrieve more line per turn despite their slightly lower gear ratio. Choose by the required line diameter, capacity, retrieve and drag, then consider the weight you will be holding during active fishing.
