Yes. The rain trousers have open side pockets for access to the pockets underneath, so you do not need to remove them to reach those contents. The jacket also has two front pockets for items you want directly at hand.

The DAM Protec Rainsuit is a lightweight, two-piece rain suit for wet fishing days in fresh and salt water. Its strong shell fabric is described as 100% waterproof, with taped seams to prevent rain entering through the stitching. Jacket and trousers are supplied together in a small carry bag for transport and storage.
The jacket has an adjustable hood that tucks away when not needed, a strong main zipper and an adjustable hem. Elasticated inner cuffs help keep the sleeves close at the wrists. Ventilation eyelets under the arms allow air to circulate during active fishing, without implying a measured fabric breathability rating. Two front pockets keep small items within reach.
The trousers have a wide elasticated waist for comfort and easy fitting. Open side pockets give access to the pockets of trousers worn underneath, so you can reach their contents without removing the rain trousers. A buttoned hole is provided at the front. Buttons adjust the leg cuffs to suit the required opening.
