It is intended for feeder fishing in large rivers with strong currents for bream, tench, barbel, carp and other coarse fish. The welded cage is firmly set into lead to withstand repeated filling and fishing in flow, making it a river groundbait feeder rather than a loose-feed baiting tool.
Only the weight changes: 60, 80, 100, 120, 140 or 160 g. All have the same XL cage measuring 3.5 × 4.2 cm. Choose according to current and your tackle's casting capacity with feed added, balancing the extra weight against the increased casting load.
Use water-moistened coarse groundbait, including breadcrumbs or other groundbait mixes. After the feeder reaches the bottom, the feed slowly leaves the cage and forms an attractive cloud, so prepare a moistened mix for filling rather than relying on the feeder to hold dry loose feed.

Its welded, coated stainless steel cage is firmly set into the lead weight, helping it withstand repeated filling and fishing in strong flow without deforming.
Fill the cage with water-moistened groundbait, such as breadcrumbs or other groundbait mixes. Once the feeder reaches the riverbed after casting, the feed slowly disperses from the cage to form an attractive cloud. This design delivers the feed at the bottom rather than as loose feed at the surface.
All six versions are XL and measure 3.5 × 4.2 cm. The difference is weight: 60, 80, 100, 120, 140 or 160 g. Choose the weight to suit the current and the load your tackle can cast with feed added. The lighter versions reduce the casting load, while the heavier versions offer more weight to resist the flow without changing the cage dimensions. No fixed current rating is supplied for any individual weight.
