The Bullseye Surgeon Spin is a light spinning rod built for finesse fishing with rigs, small jigs and compact hardbaits. It combines crisp feedback with enough reserve power to keep strong fish under control from bank or boat.
The slim blank with cross wrapping was developed to close the gap in the light and finesse segment. It is especially suited to Texas rig, Carolina rig, Jika rig and free rig fishing, while also handling small wobblers and topwater lures cleanly.
Bullseye designed this rod to give clear feedback even with lure weights around 2 g. The accentuated action helps with direct contact, precise lure control and reliable hooksets, especially when fishing carefully worked softbait rigs for perch.
The rod uses 7+1 Fuji SS SIC K-Guides and a Fuji TVS reel seat with EVA. This guide layout is intended to keep the line away from the blank and support accurate casting with light lures.
The rod is split in the middle for practical transport and comes with a sleeve that can also be used as a rodsleeve for the assembled rod. This helps protect the blank during transport while keeping setup simple.
With a casting weight of 2-10 g and a length of 1.98 m, the Surgeon Spin suits light lure fishing for perch and similar predators. It is a strong match for anglers who want a light rod with fast feedback for finesse techniques.
