The Black Cat Zeus Line G2 is an 8-strand round braided main line built for all aspects of modern catfish fishing. Now in its second generation, the Zeus Line G2 delivers improved durability, colour retention and precise diameter ratings.
The Zeus Line G2 uses an 8-strand round braid that provides exceptional robustness and abrasion resistance. The round profile ensures smooth casting and reduced friction through rod guides, which is especially important when targeting powerful catfish.
Unlike many braided lines on the market, the Zeus Line G2 hardly absorbs any water. This means it maintains its performance characteristics throughout long sessions and does not gain unnecessary weight when wet.
The green colour of the Zeus Line G2 is highly durable and does not fade, even after extended use. Many braided lines lose their colour quickly, but the Zeus Line G2 retains its appearance over time.
The indicated diameters on the Zeus Line G2 reflect genuine strength values. Available in 0.38 mm (37 kg), 0.45 mm (46 kg) and 0.55 mm (69 kg) options, the range covers light to heavy catfish setups. Spool lengths of 250 m and 400 m allow anglers to choose based on their reel capacity and fishing situation.
