It is designed for active vertical catfish fishing in freshwater. The supplier describes use beneath the boat and around deep structure accessible from the bank, including slopes, inflows and channels. Use controlled rod movements to work the teaser at the chosen depth.
It lets you return the teaser to a defined depth and maintain that presentation. This is useful when catfish stay in one water layer. No numeric operating-depth range is supplied, so the system is not a stated depth limit for any weight.
All three weights, 80 g, 120 g and 160 g, are offered in Black Red Flash, Red, RealWorm Evo and Yellow Evo. You receive one teaser in the selected combination, not a set. No colour-specific conditions or weight-specific depth ratings are supplied, so you can vary either specification independently.
The teaser is tied on braided line rated to 100 kg and fitted with BKK hooks for holding catfish during the fight. The rating belongs to the braided binding, not a maximum fish weight. Check hook sharpness regularly to maintain the hooks' effectiveness.
Rinse it with clean water after use and let it air-dry before storage, as the supplier advises. Check the BKK hooks for sharpness at the same time, so the teaser is dry and its hook points are ready for the next session.

The Black Cat Echtwurmteaser is a teaser lure for active vertical catfish fishing in freshwater. Its improved depth adjustment system lets you return the lure to a chosen depth and keep it there, useful when catfish hold in a particular layer rather than close to the bottom.
Work the teaser with controlled rod movements directly beneath the boat or in deep structure accessible from the bank. The supplier describes vertical jigging around steep slopes, inflows and deep channels. Stefan Seuss's original design provides a natural lure silhouette, while the depth adjustment helps maintain a consistent presentation in the feeding zone.
The teaser is tied on braided line with a stated breaking strain of 100 kg and fitted with BKK hooks for secure hook holds during the fight. Its hard-wearing material is intended for repeated freshwater use. The line rating describes the braided binding, not a maximum fish weight.
Choose from 80 g, 120 g and 160 g, each available in Black Red Flash, Red, RealWorm Evo and Yellow Evo. These options let you change weight without changing colour, or colour without changing weight. The supplier gives no weight-specific depth limits or colour-specific water conditions, so select the combination for your presentation rather than a stated depth or visibility rating. Each purchase contains one teaser in the selected variant.
Rinse the teaser with clean water and let it air-dry before storage. Check the BKK hooks regularly for sharpness so the next presentation is not compromised by blunt points.
