They suit active and static catfish fishing, including subfloat leaders, buoy rigs, vertical systems and spinning. The supplier also specifies rigs fished with fixed-spool tackle. These are loose treble hooks for building your chosen rig, not pre-tied leaders.
The hook size differs, with #2/0 smaller than #3/0. Both packs contain five steel trebles with sharp points and DG Coating for the same fishing methods. Select the size your rig requires, as no dimensions or load ratings are supplied to support a more specific comparison.
The supplier describes DG Coating as much smoother than Teflon® and states four times higher corrosion resistance than conventional coatings. Both sizes have this finish, so choosing the larger or smaller hook does not change the stated coating benefits.
Handle them cautiously because the sharp points can cause serious injury, and check suitability before use. Store and transport them in a secure container out of children's reach, and dispose of used or damaged hooks safely to prevent injuries during later handling.

The Black Cat Treble Hook DG is a steel treble hook for active and static catfish fishing. Its razor-sharp points help the hook penetrate and hold when setting the hook, while the strong steel construction suits catfish rigs.
These loose hooks can be used to tie subfloat leaders, buoy rigs and vertical systems. They also suit rigs fished with fixed-spool tackle, vertical fishing and spinning, so the same hook pattern covers both static bait presentations and active fishing. They are rig-building components, not complete pre-tied rigs.
DG Coating provides a surface that the supplier describes as much smoother than Teflon®. The supplier also states four times higher corrosion resistance than conventional coatings, supporting durability in use.
The family offers #2/0 and #3/0, with five treble hooks in each pack. #2/0 is the smaller option and #3/0 the larger. Both share the steel construction, sharp points, DG Coating and intended fishing methods. Choose the size required by your rig, rather than a different technique-specific version. No dimensions or load ratings are supplied.
Sharp hooks can cause serious injury. Handle them cautiously and check suitability for the intended use before fishing. Transport and store them in a secure container, out of children's reach. Dispose of used or damaged hooks safely. Follow the supplied safety and usage instructions, as the manufacturer excludes liability for damage or injury caused by improper use, storage or transport.
