It adds a secondary hook to a softbait jig rig for zander fishing. The supplier describes it as a way to reduce missed bites, so it supplements the main jig hook rather than replacing the jig rig.
Slide the loop over the jig hook's eye and secure it to the leader with a snap. Your setup therefore needs the jig hook's eye and a snap connection, rather than a separate knot in the stinger wire.
The available hook sizes are #8, #6, #4 and #2, from smallest to largest. Several variants share a hook size, and no specific matching softbait lengths are supplied, so choose according to your bait and intended hook placement rather than hook size alone.
The stated contents are two complete stingers in the selected variant. The quantity describes two separate stingers, not a double-stinger rig, so both pieces have the same selected specification.

The BKK Spear Stinger 7x7 Wire Zander adds a secondary hook to softbait jig rigs. Designed for jigging for zander, it uses a 7x7 steel-wire trace to help reduce missed bites when fish do not take the main jig hook.
Slide the stinger loop over the jig hook's eye, then secure the connection to the leader with a snap. This keeps the stinger attached to the jig rig, so the setup requires a jig hook with an eye and a snap connection to the leader.
The steel wire has a diameter of 0.36 mm and a stated breaking strain of 7 kg. These figures describe the trace, not the hook's strength. The treble hooks have a Super Slide coating. Each pack contains two complete stingers in the selected variant.
The range includes hook sizes #8, #6, #4 and #2, with several variants sharing the same hook size. #8 is the smallest hook size in this range and #2 the largest. Choose the hook size to suit your softbait and intended hook placement, rather than treating all variants as interchangeable. No specific softbait length compatibility is supplied.
