They are designed as single-hook replacements for trebles on hardbaits and other artificial lures, including topwater lures, plugs and jigs. Choose the hook size to suit your lure, as the supplier gives no size-specific lure dimensions.
Sizes 2/0, 3/0 and 4/0 contain three hooks per pack, while 5/0 and 7/0 contain two. All have the same black bucktail dressing and holographic elements, so select by hook size and account for the smaller pack quantity in the two largest sizes.
Natural black bucktail fibres and holographic reflective elements add visual attraction underwater. This lets you replace a treble with a dressed single hook rather than a bare hook, adding a visual feature to your existing lure.
Yes. The supplier describes a 5X saltwater-resistant single hook and an epoxy-sealed binding that resists wear from repeated bites. It is therefore intended for saltwater lure use as well as predator fishing, but no breaking strain or service-life figure is supplied.

The BKK Lonediablo BT Black Bucktail is a dressed single hook for predator fishing, designed to replace treble hooks on hardbaits and other artificial lures. Natural black bucktail fibres combine with holographic reflective elements to add visual attraction underwater. It is suitable for topwater lures, plugs and jigs.
The dressing is tied onto a 5X saltwater-resistant single hook. Epoxy resin seals the binding thread to protect it against wear from repeated bites. The supplier names Striper, Kingfish, Snook and Peacock Bass as target species.
Choose the hook size to suit the lure being fitted. Sizes 2/0, 3/0 and 4/0 come in packs of three, while sizes 5/0 and 7/0 come in packs of two. The choice is between hook sizes and the number supplied, with the same black bucktail dressing, holographic elements and epoxy-sealed binding across the range. No size-specific lure dimensions or target-species recommendations are supplied.
