The BKK Hyperlatch Round Jigs Elite (jig hooks with integrated lead head) combine cold-forged strength with a razor-sharp point, giving spin and drop-shot anglers a reliable connection between weight and hook on every cast.
Each hook is produced from BKK Hyper-Carbon Steel using a cold-forging process, resulting in a wire that is 25% stronger and 30% harder than conventional hook wire. That extra toughness matters when a hard-fighting perch, pike-perch, or bass surges at the net — the hook holds its shape and keeps its point.
BKK's Super-Slide coating dramatically reduces friction on the strike, allowing the point to penetrate quickly and seat firmly in the jaw. Combined with a secure bond between the lead head and the hook shank, the assembly resists twisting and pull-through even under sustained pressure.
