Machined from BKK's proprietary Hyper-Carbon Steel, these jig hooks are engineered to be 25% stronger and 30% harder than hooks made from conventional wire. Cold forging aligns the steel's grain structure, resulting in a hook that resists bending under pressure without becoming brittle — critical when fighting hard-running fish on light or medium tackle.
The Super-Slide surface treatment minimises friction on the strike, allowing the point to cut through quickly and seat firmly. Combined with a needle-sharp point and the robust bond between hook and lead head, this design keeps fish buttoned throughout the fight and reduces the chance of hook-straightening or pull-outs.
