They are intended for active saltwater fishing with soft plastics. The baitkeeper accommodates different soft-plastic shapes, while the sturdy hook and very sharp inward-facing point are intended for hard-fighting sea fish. Choose the hook size to match your lure, as specific compatible lure lengths are not supplied.
Size 5/0 is available at 14, 21, 28 and 42 g, size 7/0 at 21, 28 and 42 g, and size 9/0 at 56, 84 and 112 g. At 21, 28 and 42 g you can choose between 5/0 and 7/0 without changing head weight. Within a hook size, choose a lighter head for slower sinking or a heavier one for faster sinking and better contact in depth or current.
The underside eyelet accepts a spinner blade, stinger or treble hook, giving you a mounting point for an extra blade or hook. The extra front eyelet offers another connection point for casting. These are attachment options, not a statement that those accessories are included.
The 5/0 14 g pack contains four jig heads. All other 5/0 versions and all 7/0 versions contain three. Each 9/0 version contains two. Check the hook size and weight together when comparing pack quantities.

The 21 g, 28 g and 42 g heads are available with either 5/0 or 7/0 hooks, letting you change hook size without changing head weight. The 9/0 options combine the largest hooks in this family with its heaviest heads. Packs contain jig heads, with quantity varying as shown above.
