Yes. The supplier recommends this freshwater insect-larva imitation for trout, ice fishing and open-water float fishing, as well as common trout-pond rigs. It therefore fits bait-style presentations in these situations, not just actively retrieved lure fishing.
The colour changes. Each version has the insect-larva profile and PowerBait scent and flavour, with 55 baits in a small screw-top jar. Choose the colour you want without changing the formula or pack quantity.
It adds scent and flavour intended to make fish hold the bait longer. Berkley states that fish hold on 18 times longer, giving you more time to recognise the bite and set the hook. The formula is included in all three colours.

The Berkley PowerBait Power Honey Worm is an artificial soft bait that imitates the insect larvae many fish feed on. Designed for freshwater fishing, it suits trout fishing, ice fishing and open-water float fishing. Its larva profile provides the food imitation, while the PowerBait formula adds scent and flavour.
The formula is developed for panfish, and the supplier also explicitly recommends the bait for trout. Use it for ice fishing or beneath a float in open water. It is also suitable for common trout-pond rigs, making it an option for bait-style fishing rather than only actively retrieved lures.
The integrated PowerBait scent and flavour encourage fish to hold the bait longer. Berkley states that fish hold on 18 times longer, giving the angler more time to detect a bite and set the hook.
Choose Natural, Red or Yellow to change the bait colour. All three versions retain the insect-larva imitation and PowerBait formula, so colour is the choice between these variants, not a different intended fishing method. Each jar contains 55 baits in the selected colour. The small screw-top jar keeps the baits together for transport and handling.
