They differ in colour. Both are listed at 13 cm (5 in), contain eight sand eels and use Gulp! scent, so your choice changes the colour of the presentation rather than its size or pack quantity.
They are intended for sea bass and pollack, with freshwater use also stated. The supplier specifically mentions bottom fishing in strong currents, making that a supported presentation to consider. No fixed running depth or rig weight is specified.
Yes. The supplier describes baiting these lifelike artificial sand eels like live ones, so they offer a substitute for that bait presentation. A particular hook type or size is not specified, so the product data does not establish a specific hook match.
Each pack contains eight scented sand eels in a resealable half-pint bucket with liquid. The liquid-filled packaging supports repeated use, so retain the container for storing the baits between fishing sessions.

The Berkley Gulp! Alive!® Sand Eel is a scented soft bait that imitates a sand eel's shape and movement. Intended uses include sea bass and pollack fishing, as well as freshwater fishing. The Gulp! attractant solution disperses scent through the water to attract predators from a distance, complementing the lifelike body and pearlescent finish.
These artificial sand eels can be baited like live sand eels, allowing a familiar bait presentation without using live fish. The supplier also describes bottom fishing in strong currents as an intended use. No specific hook size, rig weight or running depth is supplied.
Both versions are listed at 13 cm (5 in) and contain eight sand eels. Sapphire Shine and Silver Mud differ in colour, not in the stated length, quantity or Gulp! scent. Choose the colour you want for your presentation, rather than a different size or pack count.
The baits come in a half-pint bucket with liquid and a resealable closure. This provides storage between sessions and supports repeated use. Keep the baits in their liquid-filled container when putting them away.
