Designed by Rainer Korn, the Bullet Eel Schaufelschwanz (paddle-tail) is a rigged saltwater softbait combining a bullethead jig with a slim, semi-paddle body — engineered to draw savage strikes from coalfish, pollack, and other open-water predators.

Two Actions in One Lure

The bullet-shaped jig head is the key to this bait's versatility. Its streamlined profile allows vertical jigging directly below the boat as well as high-speed mid-water retrieves. At a slow pull the paddle tail kicks gently; wind in fast and it vibrates hard — two distinct trigger zones in a single session.

Slim Profile, Fewer Missed Strikes

The slender body is built to be inhaled quickly. Less resistance means predators commit fully rather than grab-and-release, translating directly into more hook-ups and better contact throughout the retrieve.
