Size #10 is tied to 0.18 mm line, #8 to 0.20 mm and #6 to 0.22 mm. Choose #10 for the smallest hook and finest line, #6 for the largest hook and thickest line, or #8 for the middle option. The diameter is fixed for each hook size rather than selectable independently.
