The Balzer Quetschhülsen (crimping sleeves) in 1.4 mm are robust, sharp-edge-free crimps designed for building dependable predator leaders — whether you're spinning for pike or fishing deadbaits.
These crimps are purpose-made for attaching single hooks and treble hooks to dead-bait rigs, as well as mounting swivels and snaps onto spinning traces. Pressed firmly with a crimping plier, the 1.4 mm sleeve grips the leader material securely without damaging it, giving you a connection you can trust when a big pike runs.
The 1.4 mm size works reliably with a wide range of trace materials including wire, titanium, and hard monofilament leaders. The smooth, burr-free finish means no risk of weakening your trace at the crimp point — an important detail when the rigs need to withstand hard-fighting predators.
Balzer Quetschhülsen are available in multiple diameters to match your trace material and target species. Select the size that fits your leader wire or mono — when in doubt, size up slightly for a snug crimp.
